Job Summary
Ensure safety protocols and regulatory compliance while maintaining automated manufacturing systems and robotics. Execute preventative maintenance plans, troubleshoot complex PLCs and electrical issues, and keep PM documentation current within the Quality System. Utilize blueprints and schematics to analyze problems and minimize downtime for continuous process improvements. Work independently in a high-volume environment, escalating critical situations to management as needed. 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM shift; Level 2; $28.21-$42.31/hr.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 'hands on'
- Must be highly proficient in pneumatics and electrical systems
- Ability to read and interpret CAD layouts illustrated parts breakdown (IPB) diagrams and electrical circuitry diagrams and drawings
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to operate independently to multi-task and to prioritize quickly
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related position
- Minimum of 2 years of related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley Controls systems
- Technical vocational training
- BS Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineering
- Experience in the medical manufacturing industry
- Experience in a high volume, manufacturing environment
