Job Summary
Plan, design, develop, and verify complex lifecycle balanced system of systems and solutions by evaluating customer needs to define performance requirements and integrate technical parameters. Perform analyses to optimize system architecture and reliability, maintainability, diagnostics, testability, and quality factors. Develop and monitor requirements management processes, risk, issues, and technology readiness assessments while resolving cross-functional technical issues. Work onsite in Oklahoma City, OK, on the 1st shift with eligibility for a 9x80 alternate schedule. Requires US Secret Clearance and a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology (including Manufacturing Technology), Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry
- 2 or more years' experience
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Tools: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams at multiple organizational levels in dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in agile, flexible team environment
- Ability to perform system analysis, basic software level thinking
- Ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship
- An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required
- Ability to obtain U.S. Secret Clearance
- This position is for 1st shift
Desired Qualifications
- 5 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Experienced Level)
- 9 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (Expert Level)
- Experience using the Systems Engineering V implementing a System onto a product
- System Engineering requirements and verifications experience
- Able to lead by influence outside formal reporting relationships
- Reliability, Maintainability or System Health experience
- Working experience in Failure Mode Effect Analysis, Reliability & Maintainability Predictions, and/or Reliability Testing activities
- 2+ years of engineering experience in electrical, hydraulic, avionic, propulsion, fuel, Environmental Control System (ECS) or Cockpit Control Systems
- Master's education in Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, Systems Engineering or related disciplines
- 3+ years of experience with Reliability and Maintainability engineering principles
