Job Summary
Lead a team of Reliability Engineers and Technicians to drive continuous improvement of product quality through detailed investigation and analysis of failure event and DIFA data. Conduct DIFA of ESP and related equipment to determine root cause, assign liability, and prepare professional reporting. Mentor staff to build technical expertise, evaluate applications and well history data, and develop acceptance tests and inspection criteria. Monitor equipment operational performance, organize technical reports, and revise engineering standards to improve reliability. Actively participate in EHS and ECN processes, communicate quality problems, and interact with clients and sales professionals. Requires 7+ years of Reliability Engineering experience, Bachelor's degree in Engineering, and proficiency with Gagemaker System. On-call rotation and weekend/holiday work required.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering a closely related field
- 7+ years of Reliability Engineering or Quality Assurance/Control experience or 10+ years of related ESP Engineering experience
- All company standard required HSE training and certifications
- Extensive knowledge of ESP component engineering and manufacturing techniques
- Familiar with ISO: 9000 requirements including quality practices and procedures
- Must be able to work well with stringent deadlines and possess good organizational skills
- Continuously required to move about the facility
- Physical ability to immediately respond to emergency situations
- Work is mostly in non-climate controlled environment
- Occasional travel and on call required
- Routine standing for long periods of time
- Exposure to shop and field elements such as noise, dust, odors and temperature variations
- Wear appropriate personal protective equipment, including eye and hearing protection, hard hat and safety shoes while in shop environment or on job site
- This is a safety sensitive position
- As per US labor law & Levare US work schedule
- Be on call and work holidays and weekends when needed

- Experience in ESP applications, equipment assembly/disassembly, trouble-shooting and failure analysis
