Job Summary
Front Line Manager role focusing on reliability engineering for a food-manufacturing site. Lead continuous improvement and preventive maintenance to improve OEE, manage plant and materials, and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards. Responsibilities include achieving departmental KPIs, attending production meetings, maintaining SAP/CMMS documentation, promoting a proactive maintenance culture, issuing permits for in-house contractors, enforcing health and safety standards, applying company quality standards, delivering engineering services to exceed customer satisfaction, and developing engineering apprentices and teams.
Required Qualifications
- At least 5 years’ experience in food or allied industry
- Demonstratable experience of driving continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong leadership ability with a motivation to inspire team members and peers
- Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Level 3 or higher standard of education in Electrical or Mechanical
