Job Summary
Reliability Engineer responsible for assessing the quality, robustness, and capability of processes and equipment reliability; provide guidance to modify production equipment; report KPIs for equipment reliability and robustness; onsite at Ogden, UT, supporting 100% onsite operations; lead maintenance and reliability initiatives including preventive-predictive maintenance programs, RCFA/5-Whys, FMEA, MTBF/MTTR, OEE improvements, and Kaizen events; manage maintenance contractor activities and develop appropriate spare parts stocking levels; collaborate with Process and Plant Engineering and Process Safety.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
- 5 years' experience in predictive and preventive maintenance, equipment reliability, and mechanical integrity best practices in a manufacturing facility, chemical plant or industrial facility.
