Job Summary
Reliability Engineer to support Mechanical Integrity (MI) and equipment reliability management, establishing and maintaining the MI program, developing mechanical maintenance strategies, planning predictive and preventive maintenance, resolving onsite mechanical issues, performing RCFA/NDT as applicable, managing spare parts, budgeting for repairs, and supporting production, health and safety, and process safety management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above
- At least 1 year of work experience
- Proficiency in both Chinese and English (Intermediate)
- Ability to interpret mechanical drawings, piping ISO drawings, and P&ID
Desired Qualifications

- Experience in maintenance of pumps, tanks, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, piping, and agitators

- Familiarity with EHS policies in chemical plant maintenance
- Experience in RCFA or NDT (Non-Destructive Testing)
