Reliability Engineer

Job Summary
As a Reliability Engineer, you will optimize the performance of manufacturing equipment by conducting data analysis, investigating failure root causes, and developing preventive maintenance strategies. You will assess risks associated with equipment and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance reliability practices. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in engineering and operational excellence, such as Lean Six Sigma. Relocation assistance including a $10,000 bonus is available for candidates relocating more than 50 miles.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering or related field
- Entry Level: 0-3 years experience in Reliability Engineering, Design Engineering
- Intermediate Level: 3-10 years experience in Reliability Engineering, Design Engineering
- Advanced Level: 10+ years experience in Reliability Engineering, Design Engineering
- Experience in Data Analytics, Vibration Monitoring, Tribology, Risk Management, Regulatory Compliance
Desired Qualifications
- Master’s degree preferred
- Licenses/Certifications in Maintenance, Reliability, Tribology, Lubrication, and other specialized areas
Additional Requirements
- Must have authorization to work in the country in which the role is based
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, acceptable driving record, and vehicle required for travel
