Job Summary
Reliability Engineer at Schreiber Foods in Carthage, MO focuses on boosting the reliability, availability, and performance of manufacturing equipment and facilities. You will optimize asset performance, analyze sensor and maintenance data, investigate root causes of failures, and develop proactive, predictive, and preventive maintenance strategies. The role requires collaboration with maintenance, operations, engineering, EHS, quality assurance, and leadership to ensure asset lifecycle management, adherence to Food Safety and Quality Plans, and documented procedures (PCPs, CCPs, SOPs). Ability to travel up to 10-15% quarterly to other Schreiber locations is required. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, chemical engineering or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
