Job Summary
Reliability Engineer needed to improve equipment reliability through preventive and predictive maintenance strategies in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include root cause analysis to identify and eliminate equipment failures, implementing predictive maintenance techniques such as vibration analysis, collaborating with maintenance teams to optimize equipment performance, developing reliability improvement plans, and analyzing equipment performance data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years of industrial maintenance experience
- Strong understanding of vibration analysis and CMMS systems
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
