Job Summary
Reliability Engineer to lead TPM/RCM implementation across manufacturing sites; responsible for training teams, driving a culture of continuous improvement, and optimizing equipment performance to maximize production efficiency. Responsibilities include leading TPM/RCM/CI initiatives, deploying TPM KPIs with operations/maintenance, collaborating with technical writers on TPM/RCM documentation, overseeing the Total Performance System, developing TPM/RCM master and pillar plans, conducting quarterly TPM audits, running projects from ideation to completion, analyzing production data to identify trends and drive CI initiatives, and establishing production-line operating metrics. Travel required (75% during implementation, 25% ongoing). Excellent communication and leadership skills required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in a manufacturing and supply chain environment
- Proven experience with TPM principles, ideally in at least one pillar (Autonomous Maintenance, Planned Maintenance, Focused Improvement, or Early Management)
- Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills
- Ability to manage change, develop personnel, and plan for continuous improvement
- Working knowledge of processing and packing equipment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and understanding of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) programs
