Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (e.g., Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial) or a related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in reliability engineering, maintenance, or a related role within a manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of reliability principles, tools, and methodologies (e.g., RCM, FMEA, RCA, Weibull analysis)
- Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and data analysis tools
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Reliability Engineer (CRE) certification
- Experience with predictive maintenance technologies (e.g., vibration analysis, thermography, oil analysis)
- Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., Minitab, R, Python for data analysis)
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) or Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) software
- Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification
