Reliability Engineer

Job Summary
Plan and coordinate preventive maintenance activities, support medium and major equipment overhauls including spare parts requirements, and analyze equipment performance to identify improvement opportunities. Coordinate repair and service activities to minimize production interruptions while supporting maintenance teams in maintaining safe and efficient operations. Work closely with production, technology, and maintenance teams to contribute to operational stability and continuous improvement in manufacturing operations. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager in Kladno, Czech Republic, and requires secondary technical education with a mechanical engineering focus.
Required Qualifications
- Secondary technical education with a mechanical engineering focus
- Experience in maintenance, manufacturing, or a related technical field
- Advanced English language skills
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with SAP or CAD software is welcome
