Reliability Engineer

Job Summary
Lead the development and execution of a robust reliability program for a smaller plant. Build and drive RCA, establish action-item systems, and communicate improvements. Lead cross-functional reviews of PM/PdM programs, develop procedures to meet unit needs, and utilize data from work orders and inspections to create Pareto reports. Oversee implementation of reliability improvements through operating, maintenance discipline, and capital projects. Relocation available. Requires a Bachelor’s in Mechanical or related Engineering (preferred); 3 years of reliability engineering experience in manufacturing/oil–gas or similar industries with 2 years of PM/Project Management experience (preferred); experience with pumps, motors, and industrial equipment; Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing experience (preferred); Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (preferred).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or related Engineering (preferred)
- 3 years of Reliability Engineer experience in manufacturing, oil/gas, or similar industries
- 2 years of Project Management experience (preferred)
- Experience with pumps, motors, and various industrial equipment
- Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing experience (preferred)
- Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (preferred)
