Job Summary
Reliability Engineer on the Maintenance/Reliability Team responsible for Mechanical Integrity and Reliability Programs. Develops and manages equipment maintenance plans (PM, PdM, CBM) in SAP, conducts critical equipment analyses, tracks reliability data for critical assets, develops maintenance strategies and reliability improvements, troubleshoots long-term equipment issues, defines critical spares, conducts RCIs and incident investigations, performs daily site inspections, scopes reliability improvement projects, facilitates outage planning and execution meetings, supports emergencies and unplanned repairs, and participates in PHAs, MOCs, and safety programs. Requires a Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering; Professional Engineering registration preferred; 5+ years of industrial reliability experience; strong communication, problem-solving, and data analysis abilities; knowledge of SAP PM, vibration analysis, oil analysis, infrared thermography, and industry standards. Location: Norco, LA, USA. USC work authorization is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from an accredited university
- Professional Engineering registration highly preferred
- 5+ years of relevant industrial experience in reliability engineering
