Job Summary
Reliability Engineer - GRC responsible for providing technical support for developing GRC and executing reliability services projects globally. Key duties include delivering profitable technical, predictive and proactive maintenance services to customers, performing remote monitoring and vibration analysis, creating and maintaining client databases and hierarchies, ensuring timely reporting and utilization, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders across multiple business units to drive project success. Candidates should have postgraduate/graduate engineering education in mechanical or electrical engineering, 3+ years in predictive/proactive maintenance or related reliability services, ISO/ASNT Level III in Vibration Analysis, hands-on shop-floor maintenance experience, strong MS Office/web-based proficiency, and familiarity with data visualization and cloud-based monitoring; travel and cross-cultural communication skills are valued.
Required Qualifications
- Postgraduate/Graduate in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) or Equivalent experience
- Minimum 3 years’ industry experience in Predictive and Proactive Maintenance Services / Asset management / Condition Monitoring / Reliability services delivery
- ISO or ASNT Level III Certification (Vibration Analysis) and above
- Prior Shop floor experience in Maintenance; knowledge of Visual Inspection, Lubrication practices, Vibration Analysis, and Basic Electrical knowledge across multiple industrial segments
- Proficiency in MS Office & web-based applications (no programming required)
- Experience in cloud-based / remote monitoring is an added advantage
- Proficiency in data visualization tools like Power BI, Microsoft O365, etc. is an added advantage
- Experience in training delivery is an added advantage
- Presentable personality with strong interpersonal and English communication skills
- Ability to work in a self-supervising environment and travel when needed
- Knowledge of SKF products and services is an added advantage
