Job Summary
Support regional sites with continuous improvement of Condition-Based Maintenance programs, including vibration, oil, and thermography analysis. Analyze predictive data to identify trends and provide data-driven repair recommendations, then track work requests in CMMS/EAM systems. Audit CBM routes, procedures, and documentation for compliance with corporate standards and OEM requirements. Train and mentor site technicians while coaching leadership on risk-based decision making. Travel monthly to perform spot checks, validate repairs, and collaborate with maintenance teams to close findings. This role bridges corporate standards and site-level execution for Enviva's global renewable energy and sustainable wood pellet operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent practical experience
- 4-7 years of experience
- Experience in maintenance and reliability within asset-intensive, heavy industrial or continuous manufacturing environments
- Demonstrated experience with CBM technologies including vibration analysis and oil analysis
- Experience with RCA and FMEA
- ISO-certified Vibration Analyst Category II
- Willingness and ability to travel monthly; travel is a core function of the role
- This position is not eligible for visa support
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Maintenance & Reliability Professional (CMRP)
- Machinery Lubrication Technician or Analyst (MLT/MLA Level I or higher)
- Ultrasound Level I certification
- Thermography certification (preferred but not required)
