Reliability Engineer

Reliability Engineer responsible for manufacturing process improvements to increase throughput, reliability, and uptime while reducing variation and cost. Responsibilities include executing process-improvement projects aligned with site priorities; supporting capital project development and data analysis; diagnosing and troubleshooting site process issues; implementing corrective actions per the Management of Change (MOC) process; understanding all factors impacting processes, product, and equipment reliability; identifying performance gaps and implementing mechanical and electrical changes; creating procedures per OEMS standards; applying project-management to manage multiple improvement initiatives; using critical thinking and continuous-improvement methods to solve problems; collaborating with maintenance and plant teams to deploy solutions company-wide; contributing to the plant safety program; and engaging with regional CI resources on continuous-improvement efforts.
