Reliability Engineer role in Pryor, OK overseeing mechanical and electrical reliability across assigned equipment, leading planned, predictive, and preventive maintenance strategies to minimize downtime; manage work orders in CMMS; conduct RCA to identify and prevent recurring issues; partner with operations to align maintenance with production goals; provide technical leadership to maintenance technicians; track OEE and downtime metrics; drive Lean continuous improvement initiatives.
