Job Summary
Analyze performance and reliability of electrical assets, translating data into structural improvements. Contribute to preventive maintenance concepts and multi-year maintenance plans. Execute Root Cause Analyses (RCA) and initiate data-driven improvement projects. Co-author the Asset Management Plan (AMP) and perform Life-Cycle-Costing (LCC) analyses. Monitor asset performance via KPIs, dashboards, and failure data. Advise on OPEX and CAPEX decisions within the annual ROFO process. Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and operations to minimize risks and maximize availability. Requires a WO or HBO degree in Electrical Engineering with at least 5 years of industrial reliability experience.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde WO of HBO-opleiding Elektrotechniek
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een industriële omgeving met focus op reliability of asset management
- Grondige kennis van elektrische normen, RCA-methodieken en life-cycle-benaderingen
- Sterke data-analysevaardigheden en ervaring met CMMS/IFS, dashboards en rapportages
- Vermogen om strategisch te denken en dit te vertalen naar praktisch toepasbare oplossingen
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
- Continue verbetermentaliteit
