Job Summary
Analyze electrical asset performance and reliability, translating data into structural improvements for MVII's high-voltage network powering cranes and automation systems. Contribute to preventive maintenance concepts and long-term plans, while executing Root Cause Analyses to initiate data-driven improvement projects. Co-author the Asset Management Plan and perform Life-Cycle-Costing analyses to advise on OPEX and CAPEX decisions within the ROFO process. Monitor asset performance through KPIs and dashboard metrics, collaborating with engineering and operations to minimize risks and maximize availability. Requires a WO or HBO degree in Electrical Engineering with at least five years of industrial reliability experience, strong data analysis skills, and fluency in Dutch and English.
Required Qualifications
- Afgeronde WO of HBO-opleiding Elektrotechniek
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in een industriële omgeving met focus op reliability of asset management
- Grondige kennis van elektrische normen, RCA-methodieken en life-cycle-benaderingen
- Sterke data-analysevaardigheden en ervaring met CMMS/IFS, dashboards en rapportages
- Vermogen om strategisch te denken en dit te vertalen naar praktisch toepasbare oplossingen
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands en Engels
- Continue verbetermentaliteit
