Job Summary
As a Reliability Engineer Electrical, you will analyze the performance of electrical installations, optimize maintenance concepts, and provide input for long-term asset planning. Your responsibilities include ensuring technical integrity and compliance with regulations, conducting Root Cause Analyses (RCA), and initiating data-driven improvement projects. You will collaborate with various departments to minimize risks, maximize availability, and reduce life-cycle costs, leveraging both data analysis and installation knowledge. Your role is pivotal in Asset Management's Planning & Reliability team, which focuses on continuous improvement of automated assets.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in an industrial environment focusing on reliability or asset management
- Deep knowledge of LCC analyses and RCA techniques
- Ability to manage and analyze performance data
Desired Qualifications
- Lean mentality
- Strong data analysis skills (IFS/CMMS, Power BI)
- Knowledge of electrical standards
- Strong communication skills in Dutch and English
