Reliability Engineer 2

Job Summary

Design and implement Inspection Test Plans, work instructions, and reliability monitoring procedures to sustain the Quality Management System. Analyze product performance data and conduct risk assessments to identify trends, improve performance, and reduce downtime. Develop and maintain preventative maintenance programs while performing internal and supplier audits to recommend continual improvements. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure reliability standards are met from design through end use. Provide training on reliability practices and methodologies to foster a culture of reliability across the organization.

Required Qualifications

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Valid U.S. Driver's License required
  • 3 year U.S. driving history
  • Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
  • Proficiency in spoken English language
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • Minimum of 7 years' technical experience in the manufacturing field
  • Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation industries experience
  • Ability to travel based on business needs
  • Daily in person, predictable attendance
  • Daily overtime required when on assignment at pad sites
  • Must be able to effectively communicate and comprehend the English language
  • Must be able to independently lift up to 49 lbs
  • Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs with a team assist
  • Must wear company mandated and company issued Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)
  • Must strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures
  • Must be able to prevent workplace accidents and/or injuries through effective communication
  • Must understand all health and safety communications
  • Must possess a sufficient level of relevant equipment knowledge
  • Must comprehend verbal and written communications from the company and other employees
  • Must comprehend all operational and safety procedures
  • Must understand alerts and emergency notifications, including Responses to Alerts, Warnings and Emergencies
  • Must be able to effectively and independently communicate with customers, supervisors, and colleagues
