Reliability Engineer 2

Job Summary
Develop and maintain Inspection Test Plans, work instructions, and reliability testing procedures to sustain the Quality Management System. Analyze product performance data and conduct risk assessments to identify trends, implement system upgrades, and reduce downtime. Support preventive maintenance programs and perform internal and supplier audits to drive continual improvement. Collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure reliability standards are met from design through production. Provide training on reliability practices and methodologies to foster a culture of reliability across the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship.
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
- Successfully passes all applicable general pre employment testing including but not limited to: background check, pre employment drug screening, pre employment fit tests, pre employment aptitude and/or competency assessment(s).
- Daily in person, predictable attendance.
- Valid U.S. Driver's License required.
- 3 year U.S. driving history
- Acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) in accordance with Company policy
- Proficiency in spoken English language.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Equivalent combination of education, specialized training, and relevant professional experience in lieu of a formal degree
- Minimum of 7 years' technical experience in the manufacturing field (Oil & Gas and/or Power Generation industries)
- Ability to travel based on business needs.
- Daily overtime required when on assignment at pad sites
- Walk, sit, climb, bend, reach, and squat or kneel on a daily basis
- Visit jobsites where the work environment may include exposure to hazardous materials
- Operating conditions, audio levels up to 85 dB
- Inclement weather
- Extreme hot and cold temperatures
- Wear company mandated and company issued Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including fire retardant coveralls, safety hat, steel toe boots, safety glasses, ear protection, and safety gloves
- Strictly adhere to all safety policies and procedures
- Independently lift up to 49 lbs.
- Lift 50–100 lbs. with a team assist
- Work hours may include or includes early morning, late evenings, and weekends, depending on business necessity
- Effectively communicate and comprehend the English language
- Understand all health and safety communications
- Possess a sufficient level of relevant equipment knowledge
- Comprehend verbal and written communications from the company and other employees
- Comprehend all operational and safety procedures
- Understand alerts and emergency notifications, including Responses to Alerts, Warnings and Emergencies
- Understand the contents of announcements and/or radio communications
- Effectively and independently communicate with customers, supervisors, and colleagues
- Prevent workplace accidents and/or injuries through effective communication
