Reliability Engineer 1

Job Summary

Lead maintenance technical staff in implementing maintenance programs that support reliable operation and extend asset life. Conduct root cause analysis, failure elimination, and FMEA for critical assets to optimize preventive and predictive maintenance strategies. Develop and oversee predictive maintenance programs using vibration, thermography, and oil analysis while managing asset lifecycle management for new installations. Direct supervision of Engineering Technicians and coordinate with Quality, Validation, and Operations to eliminate repeat failures and improve equipment uptime. Lead change control efforts for reliability improvements on GMP equipment and analyze CMMS data to drive downtime reduction.

Required Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Associate's Degree or above in Engineering (Chemical, Electrical, Mechanical, Reliability) or related discipline
  • 2 plus years of experience

Desired Qualifications

  • 5 plus years of experience
