Reliability Electrician V- 1st Shift

Job Summary
The Reliability Electrician V is responsible for training and mentoring lower-level reliability electricians, ensuring they possess necessary skills. Key duties include design, installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, as well as troubleshooting using testing devices. The role involves maintaining equipment performance, executing preventive and condition maintenance, and developing proactive maintenance plans. Successful candidates will have skills in safety practices, advanced troubleshooting, and familiarity with electrical components and control systems.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to create advanced PLC systems and programs for process and operational control
- Advanced troubleshooting of electrical components such as PLCs, AC & DC drives, relay logic, single loop controllers, pneumatics & hydraulics
- Safety practices - LOTO, Confined Space, PPE
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced understanding of e-stop systems
- Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC)
- Ability to read and interpret mechanical and electrical schematics/prints
