Job Summary
Coordinate maintenance activities by partnering with maintenance, operations, and contractors to ensure materials, tools, and resources are ready for smooth execution. Maintain and manage schedules and systems to keep work organized and visible while supporting continuous improvement and root cause analysis to strengthen reliability. Build trusted relationships across teams to enable clear communication and shared success. This role operates at the Lenah Valley site in Hobart, supporting safe, efficient operations for over 50 milk and cream products produced daily.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in maintenance planning or coordination in a manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A thoughtful, problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Confidence using CMMS/SAP systems (or a willingness to learn)
- Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks while supporting team outcomes
- The right to live and work in Australia
