Reliability and Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
Lead maintenance, engineering, and reliability functions to ensure safe, efficient, and consistent plant operations through proactive, planned, and data-driven programs. Own line uptime, MTBF, and MTTR while developing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to reduce downtime. Manage maintenance supervisors and technicians, oversee contractor management, and optimize spare parts inventory to support scheduled work. Partner with Operations and Support Center Engineering to address recurring issues, drive root cause analysis, and implement capital projects. Ensure all maintenance activities comply with food safety, GMP, and regulatory standards while managing labor and MRO budgets. Utilize Redzone for work order management and trend analysis to improve equipment performance and asset reliability.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field
- Five to seven or more years of maintenance and/or engineering leadership experience in CPG or food manufacturing
- Strong mechanical, electrical, and controls troubleshooting knowledge
- Experience leading maintenance teams in a fast-paced production environment
- Experience with CMMS / digital maintenance systems
- Knowledge of food safety, GMPs, and industrial refrigeration systems
- Proven ability to build and sustain reliability systems, not just fix equipment
Desired Qualifications
- Redzone experience preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical field strongly preferred
