Job Summary
Monitors and evaluates performance and condition of power system assets to ensure compliance with corporate asset management strategy. Analyzes reliability and performance data, recommends maintenance practice changes, and maintains long-term maintenance program documentation. Develops plans to address reliability concerns working with internal and external stakeholders. Maintains asset management systems, performs long-term maintenance planning, and develops optimized plans for asset replacement. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in engineering, five years of industry experience, and strong problem-solving skills.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or technical discipline
- Five years’ experience in the electric utility / power industry minimum
- Ability to communicate with individuals at all levels
- Exceptional member and customer service orientation
- Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
- Advanced computer and technological skills
- Existing knowledge of the power industry
- Demonstrated proficiency in database and spreadsheet management
- Valid Indiana driver's license
