Monitor, adjust, and report product status at each production stage while supplying machines with raw materials. Ensure smooth production activities including moving rolls, cutting paper, and packaging to consistently produce quality output in a safe environment. The role involves a 12-hour shift schedule (day: 7h–19h, night: 19h–7h) with guaranteed 84-hour bi-weekly blocks and on-call rotation. After a 1560-hour probationary period, candidates earn an hourly rate of $33.08 to $42.02 depending on the chain, plus night and Sunday premiums. Full training is provided, and safety equipment is supplied. This position supports the production and specialized packaging departments at the Outaouais facility, which manufactures cellulose-based absorbent nonwoven materials for hygiene and incontinence products.
