Job Summary
Manage and optimize the flow of value through the SAP Agile Release Train (ART) using tools like Solman, JIRA, and ServiceNow. Establish annual calendars for sprint iterations and system refreshes while ensuring new releases maintain platform stability and resolve technical debt. Liaise between Product teams and SAP Platform/Reliability teams to track feature completion and facilitate synchronization, cut-over, and metrics review meetings. Drive continuous improvement via workshops to assess program maturity and manage risks across Integration, SAP Security, and SAP Basis teams. Communicate objectives, dependencies, and milestones to stakeholders to ensure strategy and execution alignment.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree in Computer Sciences, Computer Engineering or other related STEM fields
- 5+ years of experience in SAP functional-technical skills like customizing and transports, in a Supply Chain domain

- Deep and effective expertise in SAP software delivery
