Job Summary
The Release Train Engineer (RTE) will facilitate Agile Release Train events, manage impediments, and collaborate with teams to enhance Agile practices across the organization. This role requires strong communication skills and experience in Agile coaching.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in Agile coaching, Agile transformation, or enterprise Agile adoption
- Experience coordinating large Agile teams and programs in heavily matrixed organizations
- Experience coaching leaders and teams within a broader agile organization
- Demonstrated experience facilitating communication with stakeholders, problem-solving, risk management
- Prior experience ensuring the smooth operation of Agile Release Train (ART) events
- Prior experience facilitating stakeholder engagement for key technology processes
Desired Qualifications
- Industry leading Agile practitioner certifications such as Certified Scrum Master, Certified Scrum Product Owner, PMP-ACP, SAFe, or equivalent
