Release Train Engineer

Job Summary
Establish and mature the Software Agile Release Train (ART) operating model to enable predictable delivery and improve flow across multiple teams. Plan and facilitate Program Increment (PI) Planning, track objectives and risks, and orchestrate execution involving Architecture, DevOps, Security, QA, and Product. Remove systemic impediments and drive cross-team alignment with Engineering leadership and a Scrum Master. Lead ART cadence including syncs and Inspect & Adapt events while utilizing metrics and coaching to enhance predictability. Requires SAFe RTE certification, 10+ years in Agile delivery, and bilingual English/French capability for Quebec operations.

- 10+ years in Agile delivery (RTE/Senior SM/Delivery Lead/Agile Coach)
