Job Summary
Lead end-to-end release management across multiple Agile Release Trains for PeopleSoft HCM in a federal environment, coordinating calendars, deployments, governance, cutover planning, risk management, and production stabilization while collaborating with product owners, SCRUM roles, developers, and infrastructure teams to ensure releases are planned, traceable, and production-ready.
Required Qualifications
- Lead end-to-end release management across multiple ARTs
- Integrated release planning, dependency management, environment readiness, deployment governance, cutover coordination, risk management, and production stabilization for PeopleSoft HCM and related enterprise capabilities
- Collaborate with product owners, scrum masters, release train engineers, developers, testers, infrastructure teams, and client stakeholders to identify dependencies, remove blockers, and ensure release commitments are realistic and traceable
- Develop and maintain an integrated release calendar, release milestones, deployment windows, and dependency trackers across application, infrastructure, database, security, testing, and support teams
- Develop and maintain release runbooks, checklists, status reporting, release notes, lessons learned, and operational handoff materials
