Job Summary
Own and drive end-to-end OTC Regression Testing and Release Management activities for planned releases, enhancements, fixes, and projects. Review release scope, technical changes, and solution designs from development and functional stakeholders to develop comprehensive test plans and strategies. Identify and maintain regression test scenarios covering end-to-end OTC business processes, manage test data in test environments, and execute testing cycles across multiple applications. Be accountable for defect tracking, sign-off readiness, and post-production validation to ensure business continuity. Drive defect triage discussions, manage release readiness reviews, and communicate quality metrics and risks to stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Strong functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes and related Supply Chain business operations
- Hands-on experience in Regression Testing, UAT, Release Management, and Production Deployment support
- Proven experience developing test plans, test scenarios, test cases, and test data strategies
- Strong working knowledge of TestRail, JIRA, SAP, OIS, OSS, EClaims, 3W and other critical Supply Chain applications
- Ability to understand technical solution designs and translate them into effective testing strategies
- Strong knowledge of defect lifecycle management and quality assurance practices
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination capabilities
- Ability to independently lead testing and release activities with minimal supervision
