Release and Deployment Manager

Lead and coordinate release and deployment across multiple platforms, driving automation, policy-as-code, and progressive delivery (canary, blue/green). Define release strategies, lead cross-team release planning and coordination, ensure environment readiness, and use data/metrics (lead time, deployment frequency, change failure rate, MTTR) to identify bottlenecks and improve delivery performance. Manage risks, enable faster, safer releases, and lead a small team fostering a culture of continuous improvement and shared ownership of release outcomes. Collaborate with Platform Owners, DevSecOps, Quality Engineering, and Environments teams to evolve release practices toward automation, observability, and progressive delivery while maintaining stability and compliance.
