Job Summary
Leads client management activities and drives growth of a private-bank book of business for PNC Private Bank. Responsible for developing and executing a relationship management plan to acquire and retain clients, delivering an exceptional client experience, and expanding the book through ongoing client engagement, proactive sourcing of new relationships, and effective collaboration with partners. Manages risk through appropriate client selection, working with risk partners to escalate issues, and ensuring service delivery aligns with fees. Maintains thorough relationship-management administration (pre-call planning, post-call debriefs, relationship reviews) and leverages knowledge of business-segment capabilities to make strategic introductions. Requires 5+ years of industry-relevant experience and a university/college degree; sponsorship for employment visas is not provided.
