Job Summary
Process cash transactions, open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts, and discuss loan and retirement products while building meaningful relationships with members to discover their needs. Deliver superior customer service and expertise by learning the ins and outs of financial services with an emphasis on sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills. This entry-level role requires a positive outlook and trainable mindset, with bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred. The position is in-person at retail stores, involving occasional travel between locations and participation in a Saturday coverage rotation with flexible availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement and strong interpersonal skills in a team environment.
- Basic math skills.
- Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products.
- Ability to see and hear, write and speak English.
- Ability to type repetitive keystrokes.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation.
