Job Summary
Relationship Specialist I responsibilities include delivering exceptional member experiences both in-person and by phone, identifying member needs, asking discovery questions, cross-selling financial solutions (deposits, loans, insurance, investments), handling account transactions and loan applications, and providing services such as notary, wire transfers, and fraud claims. Requires effective communication, problem-solving, and alignment with VyStar’s standards of excellence; involves outbound member engagement and proactive follow-up to grow member relationships and educate on financial products. Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Associate’s degree preferred. Part-time role with 30+ hours/week and benefits; extensive training and tuition reimbursement available.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED required
- Associate’s degree preferred
- previous experience in a sales and/or customer service position preferred
- knowledge of deposit, credit, insurance, investments solutions
