Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly assisting or directing farmer owners to meet their needs. Maintain and increase agronomy, feed, and grain sales with existing and new customers while completing grain contracts, feed orders, and inventory transfers. Act as a resource for operational procedures regarding scale/receiving, invoicing, and contracts. Document sales call information in the CRM system, verify sales invoices for accuracy, and monitor agronomy sales contracts and prepayments. Assist with inventory control for products and office supplies, ensuring equitable calculation of all products and services provided. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and one year of related experience within the agricultural cooperative seasonality.
Required Qualifications

- move/lift up to 50 pounds
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of related experience
- Understand the seasonality of an agricultural cooperative and the in-season time commitment
