Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring prompt attention to farmer owners and directing them to appropriate areas to meet needs. Maintain and increase agronomy and feed sales, grain origination, and marketing with existing and new customers. Complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers while assisting with inventory control and office supplies. Act as a resource for operational procedures regarding scale/receiving, invoicing, and grain contracts. Document and submit sales call information in the CRM system. Prepare accurate invoices, verify sales invoices daily, and monitor agronomy sales contracts and prepay for accuracy. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and one year of related experience.
Required Qualifications
- valid state driver's license
- move/lift up to 50 pounds
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- two to five years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of related experience
- Understand the seasonality of an agricultural cooperative and the in-season time commitment
