Relationship Specialist - Seasonal

Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service by ensuring prompt attention to farmer owners and assisting or directing customers to appropriate areas. Maintain and increase agronomy and feed sales, grain origination, and marketing with existing and new customers. Complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers. Act as a resource for employees on operational procedures for scale/receiving, invoicing, and grain contracts. Document sales call information in CRM, assist with inventory control, and prepare accurate invoices. Monitor agronomy sales contracts and prepay for accuracy while verifying sales invoices. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and one year of related experience. Seasonal role with in-season time commitment.
Required Qualifications
- valid state driver's license
- move/lift up to 50 pounds
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of related experience
- Understand the seasonality of an agricultural cooperative and the in-season time commitment
