Job Summary
Ensure customer satisfaction by promptly assisting or directing customers to appropriate areas while maintaining and increasing agronomy, feed sales, and grain origination with existing and new customers. Complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers; act as a resource for operational procedures regarding scale/receiving, invoicing, and contracts. Document sales call information in CRM, assist with inventory control, and prepare accurate invoices while verifying sales and monitoring agronomy sales contracts. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and one year of related experience within a seasonal agricultural cooperative environment.
Required Qualifications
- valid state driver's license
- move/lift up to 50 pounds
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- two to five years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of related experience
- Understand the seasonality of an agricultural cooperative and the in-season time commitment
