Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service by promptly assisting or directing customers to appropriate areas to meet their needs. Maintain and increase agronomy, feed, grain origination, and marketing sales with existing and new customers. Complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers while acting as a resource for operational procedures regarding scale/receiving, invoicing, and grain contracts. Document sales call information in the CRM system, maintain office and product inventory, and prepare accurate invoices. Verify sales invoices, agronomy sales contracts, and prepayments for accuracy. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and one year of related experience.
Required Qualifications

- move/lift up to 50 pounds
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or two to five years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of related experience
- Understand the seasonality of an agricultural cooperative and the in-season time commitment
