Job Summary
Assist customers promptly by directing them to appropriate areas and maintaining agronomy, feed, and grain sales with both existing and new clients. Complete grain contracts, inter-company feed orders, and inventory transfers while acting as a resource for operational procedures regarding scale, receiving, invoicing, and contracts. Document sales call information in the CRM system, verify sales invoices daily, and monitor agronomy sales contracts and prepayments for accuracy. Maintain inventory of office supplies and products, prepare accurate invoices, and ensure equitable calculation of services provided. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift 50 pounds, and one year of related experience within a seasonal agricultural cooperative environment.
Required Qualifications
- valid state driver's license
- move/lift up to 50 pounds
- Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- two to five years related experience and/or training
- equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of related experience
- Understand the seasonality of an agricultural cooperative and the in-season time commitment
