Job Summary
Relationship Specialist to build and elevate dealer relationships by providing financing solutions (floorplanning) for independent auto dealers. Responsible for growing AFC revenue, managing existing accounts, balancing risk, and using CRM tools to understand customer needs. Travel within the St. Louis market (50-75%) to support current and prospective customers; requires strong customer service orientation, accountability toward local goals, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of portfolio management, risk, and new business development is valued; previous auto industry or financial services experience and bilingual ability are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing, sales, or sales support roles
- A valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Ability and desire to frequently travel (50-75%) within your market
- Proficiency in applying sales expertise and understanding portfolio management, risk, and new business development
