Job Summary
Process cash transactions, open deposit, savings, and credit card accounts, and discuss loan and retirement products with members. Build meaningful relationships to discover member needs and provide superior customer service and expertise. In-person work involves occasional travel between retail locations and participation in a Saturday coverage rotation with flexible availability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- Demonstrated aptitude and desire for sales achievement
- Strong interpersonal skills in a team environment
- Basic math skills
- Working knowledge of Windows-based PC products
- Ability to see and hear
- Ability to write and speak English
- Ability to type repetitive keystrokes
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to occasionally move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling)
- Ability to lift up to a maximum of 25 pounds without assistance or with reasonable accommodation
- In-person work availability
