Job Summary
Process teller transactions accurately and efficiently while opening and closing member accounts. Complete account maintenance and servicing requests, assist with debit card and account-related support, and identify member needs through meaningful conversations. Create opportunities to deepen relationships by recommending appropriate products and services, directing branch traffic, and supporting multiple locations as needed. Achieve individual sales and service goals while maintaining a member-first focus and staying current on policies and compliance requirements. Requires flexibility for varying schedules, including Saturday rotations and alternate branch coverage.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility to work varying schedules, including Saturday rotations and occasional coverage at alternate branch locations

- 1-2 years of customer service or member service experience
- Previous banking, retail, cash handling, or financial services experience
