Job Summary
Relationship Specialist on a fully remote 2-year contract (Sept 24, 2024–Sept 24, 2026) responsible for overseeing the centralized Docusign mailing project, testing workflow enhancements, coordinating data updates, preparing and tracking client mailings, addressing inquiries, providing management reporting, and liaising between client-facing and operational teams. Work hours are 9 am–5 pm (40 hours/week).
