Relationship Representative

Assist members and potential members with Credit Union needs by processing financial transactions, handling cash and negotiable instruments, and setting up new accounts. Respond to member problems, explain services, and direct inquiries to appropriate personnel while demonstrating independent problem-solving skills. Work Monday through Friday from 8:45 am to 6:15 pm with rotating Saturday hours, taking a half day off each week. This role supports Jordan Credit Union's mission to enhance member satisfaction through personalized service and financial guidance.
