Job Summary
Engage members during account transactions while educating them on credit union products and services. Perform member account maintenance, conduct telephonic outbound calling, and execute outreach activities to build relationships and promote offerings. Proactively solve financial problems for members and complete required learning paths to obtain certification. This full-time role at our Indianapolis branch offers a learning path for growth toward the Relationship Representative III level. Starting wage is $21.88 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Education Diploma (GED)
- A minimum of one year up to three years of similar or related experience, including preparatory experience
